Where do I find the control panel?
You can log-in from any of our website pages by clicking on the Client Login
link which is located on the menu bar. Please point your mouse on "Support" and click on "Client Login.
You will be provided with 4 links. Click on the first link
"Direct Admin Control Panel" to access the control panel.
How do I log-in?
To log-in please type in your username and the password. You have
received the information by email when you opened your account withmovetech.co.ke.

What happens if I lose my password?
If you have lost your password, please give us a call at 020 - 269 8373. For security
reasons we will not react to an email request to send you your password.
What are the email accounts?
By clicking on "Email Accounts" you are enabled to to create, delete or change
your email addresses.

What are the FTP accounts?
FTP accounts are used to give your ftp client program access to your hosting account on
our server enabling you to transfer your web pages and other files and images to the
allocated web space on the our server.
Please see the section on
Publishing for more details.
To create a new FTP account, please click on "FTP Management". Click on "Create
FTP account" and choose a ftp username and password.
What are the Host Account
Statistics?
The Host Account Statistics provide you details about the number of email addresses and
ftp accounts you are allowed and the disk space provided for your use.
